We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist - Python to join a high-performing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modeling, Data Visualization, and Python-based data science solutions. This role requires a data-driven professional capable of extracting insights from complex datasets, building predictive models, and communicating business outcomes through impactful visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling on large and complex datasets Develop Python-based analytics and machine learning solutions Build impactful dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions Extract actionable insights and provide strategic business recommendations Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex analytical problems Design and execute end-to-end analytical approaches for business challenges Translate complex analytical findings into simple and compelling business narratives Utilize Applied Statistical and Machine Learning techniques to improve decision-making Present analytical findings to leadership and business stakeholders Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives through data-driven insights Work closely with business teams in a fast-paced analytical environment

FinTech Domain Experience Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Applied Social Sciences Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives or transformative analytics projects Ability to solve ambiguous and complex business problems Strong experience converting analytics into actionable business outcomes Consulting or customer-facing analytical experience preferred
