Onsite Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in People/Talent Analytics to lead end-to-end data science initiatives. This role focuses on building predictive and prescriptive models to drive strategic HR decisions, improve workforce outcomes, and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate will combine advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and domain expertise in HR data to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 5 years in People/Talent Analytics or consulting Strong experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in production environments Expertise in: Statistical modeling (regression, clustering, tree-based methods) Causal inference and hypothesis testing Strong programming skills in: Python (production-level coding) SQL (advanced querying) Experience with: HR systems like Workday, PeopleSoft , or similar ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines Cloud data platforms and big data tools (Spark, Airflow, dbt preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience with: NLP, Transformers, and LLM-based applications Model lifecycle tools (MLflow, Seldon) Explainability tools (SHAP, LIME) CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Familiarity with data privacy techniques: De-identification, synthetic data Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Key Skills Data Science | People Analytics | Machine Learning | NLP/LLM | Python | SQL | ETL/ELT | Data Modeling | ML Deployment | Tableau/Power BI |
