Job Description

Overview Join our innovative team as a Data Scientist, where you will harness the power of data to drive strategic decision-making and unlock actionable insights. In this dynamic role, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve complex problems across diverse business domains. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable data models, deploying predictive algorithms, and enhancing data-driven products that impact our organization's growth and efficiency. We are seeking energetic professionals passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful solutions that propel us forward. Duties Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI tools to solve real-world challenges. Conduct data mining and exploratory data analysis on large datasets stored in Hadoop, SQL databases, or cloud environments like AWS. Design and optimize ETL pipelines with tools like Talend or custom scripts in Bash (Unix shell) to ensure seamless data flow and integrity. Apply unsupervised learning techniques for clustering, anomaly detection, and natural language processing tasks to extract hidden patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for model training and deployment. Utilize database design principles to structure data warehouses and linked data architectures for efficient querying and analysis. Monitor model performance post-deployment, fine-tuning algorithms as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance in a rapidly evolving environment. Leverage visualization tools such as Looker to communicate insights clearly and influence strategic initiatives. Experience Proven experience working with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS. Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, C, or VBA for data analysis, model development, and automation tasks. Demonstrated expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms for model training and deployment. Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and AI applications within large-scale datasets. Hands-on experience designing databases and implementing ETL processes for enterprise data solutions. Knowledge of analytics tools including SAS or Looker to generate comprehensive reports and dashboards. Background in quantum engineering or advanced computational methods is a plus but not required. Pay:
$95,859.65 - $115,443.88 per year
