Support Specialist

Job Description The Support Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of manual letter correspondence. This role requires utilizing the letter generation system in conjunction with the system of record to perform detailed comparisons. The Specialist will verify that all data populated on the generated letters aligns accurately with the information in the system of record and meets the standards outlined in the audit checklist.
