Job Description:
Leads cross-functional team members toward strategic resolutions of complex problems in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Completes documentation requirements that align with overall business strategies for all phases of the process development life cycle, as assigned. Manages projects, monitoring schedules and statuses including any potential delays, situations, or concerns that may affect outcomes, and communicates these to management. Creates and maintains dashboards and reports for People Systems. Presents results of analyses and projects to senior leaders to obtain feedback or buy-in for next steps. Meets deadlines for established goals in an accurate and efficient manner for all areas of responsibility. Provides support and assistance in the data needs of People Systems initiatives by efficiently querying data from various source systems, validating data to ensure accuracy, and synthesizing data to yield actionable insights. Provides support and assistance on presentation needs, using PowerPoint or other software, to persuasively present ideas and data.

Education:
  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
  • in human resources, finance, or business, or related field
  • in finance, accounting or analytics
Work Experience:
  • 4+ relevant experience [Required]
  • 5+ business acquisition project management including due diligence analysis, integrating business process, migrating data, tracking and resolving complex issues lists, meeting milestones [Required]
  • 5+ leading and managing complex data driven projects (preferably in a medium to large size company) [Preferred]
  • 5+ relevant hris system experience, including erp system implementation [Required]
  • Professional work experience in a healthcare setting [Preferred]

    Pay Range:
