Our vision is to strengthen individuals, organizations, and communities through philanthropy. ​ We Need a Strong Nonprofit Partner Data Project Coordinator. The Nonprofit Partner Project Coordinator offers comprehensive support to our dynamic hybrid team and clients. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and engage with team members to create efficiencies and ensure client deliverable due dates are met. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to effectively navigate, coordinate, and resolve project challenges. We expect our team members to adapt to company and client needs.   • 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant major; or an associate's degree in a relevant major and 7+ years of Project Coordinator experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Nonprofit development experience a plus.
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma Certifications, a plus
  • Must be detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and continuously evolving hybrid environment with diverse teams and skill sets.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrable skills in
Word:
merge template functions and in
Excel/Google Sheets:
XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Exhibits excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to firm due dates.
  • Experience utilizing The Root Agency's Tech Stack (See below.)
  • Demonstrable experience pulling reports from a variety of CRM platforms: Salesforce, Raiser's Edge NXT, Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, ParishSoft, etc.
  • Experience working with Zoom and other online video conferencing platforms
  • Experience in managing program dashboards.
  • Experience in building long-lasting relationships with internal and external clients for The Root Agency.

  • Facilitates Nonprofit Partner Onboarding and Orientation Activities to The Root Agency's established procedures
  • Produces all nonprofit partner work product to The Root Agency's standard of excellence.
  • Gathers nonprofit data, formats, and performs analytics to The Root Agency's established proprietary processes
  • Provides CRM training
  • Effectively facilitates internal and external meetings and trainings
  • Manages all nonprofit partner project timelines and deliverable tracking
  • Provides excellent file management and workflow for all Nonprofit Partner deliverables
  • Coordinates, and supports content guidance and communications projects from start to finish.
  • Manages enrollment and product input into The Root Agency's learning management system
  • Coordinates daily communications via telephone, email, and other software applications used by The Root Agency and our client partners.

  • Our headquarters is located at 424 Skinner Blvd, APT A, Dunedin, FL.
  • We currently serve clients nationwide.
  • Our team members and vendors are located across the US.
  • Company core hours are from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday. This is a Part-Time Non-Exempt Position.
  • This position is an in-office position.
  • Candidates must live within a commutable distance of TRA headquarters
  • The compensation for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 per hour with budgeted performance-based bonuses (opportunity to increase hours when company capacity expands)
  • The hours for this position are 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
  • After completing the 90-day probationary period this position becomes eligible for: o 5 days of PTO (can be used for sick/personal/vacation leave) for usage by December 31, 2026.
o As of January 1, 2027: 10 days of PTO (can be used for sick/personal/vacation leave), 7 federal holidays, and 15 business closure days (34 days total). This includes TRA business closure the week of Thanksgiving and two weeks at the end of the calendar year.
