Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Delivery Lead to orchestrate end-to-end Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, DevOps, and Analytics solutions across multiple concurrent projects. This role partners with cross-functional business and technology teams to architect, model, build, optimize, and support data platforms, dashboards, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading both development and operations teams, with strong technical expertise in Snowflake, PySpark, Snowpark, and intelligent process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and operations teams simultaneously cross multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-sourced environment.
  • Define, develop, and implement data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, and DevOps solutions.
  • Design and review technical solutions aligned to business requirements and delivery standards.
  • Build and optimize Snowflake-based data platforms, including schema design, data modeling, query performance tuning, and cost optimization.
  • Develop scalable data processing frameworks using PySpark and Snowpark.
  • Establish reusable frameworks, standards, and automation patterns to improve delivery speed and consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement through intelligent process automation across data pipelines, support processes, and operational workflows.
  • Create dashboards and reports from diverse data sources, including Snowflake, Big Data platforms, Oracle, text files, and Excel sources.
  • Support advanced scripting, ETL development, and star schema data modeling for large datasets.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, estimates, timelines, risks, and implementation planning for new or enhanced initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple BI and analytics projects at the same time.
  • Provide technical guidance, assign work, and support team members in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT management, product owners, business managers, and business analysts to evaluate requests and define effective solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and Operations to resolve urgent issues and ensure continuity of service.
  • Promote Agile delivery practices, transparent communication, and collaborative problem solving.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience in BI, Data Warehouse, Analytics, or Data Platform environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in modern data warehouse platforms, especially Snowflake.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Snowpark.
  • Experience with Snowflake optimization, including performance tuning, data modeling, and framework development.
  • Experience with ETL and orchestration tools such as Informatica IICS, PowerCenter, AWS Glue, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading development and operations teams across multiple parallel projects.
  • Strong background in service operations within multi-project and multi-sourced environments.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense is preferred.
  • Experience in life sciences commercial operations is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve processes.
