All On-site Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Excel spreadsheet design and validation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing data to support our quality control and validation initiatives, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Validation:
Develop and execute validation protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from quality control systems.
Quality Control Systems:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Excel Spreadsheet Design:
Create and validate complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, calculations and reporting, ensuring functionality, usability, and data accuracy.
Data Integrity:
Implement checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all quality control systems and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in data analysis, quality control systems, and validation procedures. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and pivot tables. Experience with validation processes and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
