Provider Data Specialist

• Position Summary
• + Updates and maintains provider data. + Captures provider data from W9 and validates with IRS website. + Handles returned provider mail and researches for address correction.
• Required Qualifications
• + 2+ years of data entry experience. + Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications. + Ability to successfully multitask. + Must have reliable power and internet service. + Must be able to work a consistent schedule and perform daily duties reliability. + Must be in good standing with IRS.
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Previous healthcare industry experience.

• + High School Diploma or GED.

00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
