4 Months (Possible Extension) Primary Work Location North Quincy Computer Lab - 200 Newport Ave, Quincy, MA 02171 Occasional travel may be required to additional training and testing locations in Boston, South Boston, Charlestown, and Auburndale. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to assist with employee testing coordination, data entry, administrative support, and records management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in employees for scheduled testing sessions. Verify employee identification and testing eligibility. Assign tests through the Learning Management System (LMS). Provide instructions regarding testing procedures and compliance guidelines. Monitor testing environments to ensure adherence to policies and prevent misconduct. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to test access and login credentials. Maintain accurate digital records and input data into spreadsheets and databases. Transfer information from paper documents into electronic systems. Support special projects involving high-volume data entry and document management. Organize, archive, retrieve, and process records and file requests. Operate office equipment including scanners, printers, and copiers. Assist departments with administrative and data entry support as needed. Evaluate workflows and support process improvements to enhance office efficiency. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills required. Experience working in a paperless or digital office environment preferred. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience supporting testing environments, administrative operations, or office coordination preferred.
