Job Description

Partnership analytics specialist Kansas City, Missouri We're looking for a hands-on data analyst with strong Excel skills who can turn data into clear, actionable insights. This individual is detail-oriented and works across teams to support decision-making, improve data quality and efficiency, and help build a developing service line within a fast-growing organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Econ, Accounting, Finance, or related field Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, data analysis) Ability to extract, scrub, and integrate data from multiple systems Experience with reporting, billing data, or performance tracking is helpful Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preference:
Internship or experience in a legal, compliance, or professional services is preferred Familiarity with data privacy, controls, or regulatory requirements is a plus
Job Overview:
This role supports the firm's co-counsel and referral function. It combines data management, reporting, and analysis with day-to-day workflow support, helping the team track performance, improve processes, and make more informed decisions. The position sits at the intersection of data and operations, with a focus on building reporting capabilities and driving efficiency as the function continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
Manage co-counsel and referral opportunities with attorneys, intake, and marketing Extract, scrub, and maintain data across case management, billing, and related systems Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track case performance, workload, and financials Support billing processes and maintain accurate documentation Analyze data to identify trends and deliver clear, actionable insights Identify inefficiencies and improve data workflows and reporting processes
