This role combines technical data expertise with business acumen to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support customer-facing initiatives. Core Responsibilities Data Management & Analytics Manage and maintain structured datasets across multiple sources Develop and optimize data models Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency Sales & Category Analysis Analyze sales performance, pricing trends, and inventory metrics Support category reviews, price shops, assortment optimization, and promotional analysis Support NA Williams sales team associates with internal reporting and analysis Deliver insights to support growth strategies across key accounts Create and deliver insights presentations for internal and external teams Reporting & Tools Build dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs Build, maintain, and distribute regular POS reporting Standardize reporting processes Translate data into visual, easy-to-understand outputs Customer & Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with sales, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders Support customer meetings, line reviews, and strategic presentations Respond to ad hoc data requests and business questions Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience with a focus on data analytics, business, retail, and category management Microsoft Office Proficiency with advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query expertise (required) Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases Familiarity with data modeling and relational database design Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development Experience with sales, POS, or inventory data Ability to work with unstructured data and large datasets Preferred Qualifications Experience in category management or retail analytics Background in automotive aftermarket, retail, or distribution Key Competencies Analytical thinking Attention to detail Self-starter with ability to work independently and cross-functionally Communication & storytelling with data Customer orientation Problem-solving mindset
Compensation:
$ 75K with bonus opportunity.
