Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, NE. This is a primarily on-site role that requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, entering, and updating data to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and verify data accurately in various databases and systems Review and correct data discrepancies for quality assurance Generate reports and summarize information as needed Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Adhere to company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills
