• Data Resolution Specialist in the Princeton, NJ area
• to join the Resolution Services team. This role supports score accuracy and data integrity by reviewing, analyzing, and resolving student records and testing issues.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Review and resolve student records and test-related issues + Perform manual score calculations and resolve data discrepancies + Investigate missing materials and interpret incident reports + Apply or remove score holds and correct data errors + Maintain test taker records and update billing accounts + Follow established processes to meet quality and SLA standards + Identify and report process issues; suggest improvements + Respond to customer inquiries and support production workflow •Qualifications•+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Detail-oriented with ability to multitask + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Basic Microsoft Office and PC proficiency + Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines •What You'll Bring•+ Interest in data analysis and investigations + Commitment to accuracy and quality control + Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment This is an •entry-level position•with training provided.

• Pay Details:

• $19.
