Job Description

Role Profile:
Excel Data Support Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel-focused support resource to assist with reporting and data management tasks across field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience working in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and manipulate medium to large datasets efficiently. This role is execution-focused and does not require advanced analytics, modeling, or technical/data science experience.
Core Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (daily working knowledge required) Solid understanding of
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
functions Experience building and maintaining Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts Ability to clean, sort, and organize large data sets Comfortable working with operational reports and structured templates High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
