3 Month Contract, with potential for extension Significant domestic and international travel required, including on site presence at training camps, medical facilities, and Enhanced Games event locations. Join the Movement The Enhanced Games are on a mission to enhance humanity, redefining the future of sports by merging scientific progress with elite athletic performance. The Games challenge conventional sporting norms, embracing medicine and science to push human potential while prioritizing safety, transparency, and innovation. Science and technology are recognized as fair advantages, allowing athletes to choose natural or enhanced competition. Setting the new gold standard in athlete health and safety, we mandate state-of-the-art medical profiling to monitor key health markers for all athletes competing at the Enhanced Games. And unlike traditional events, all athletes are paid, with million-dollar prizes for setting new world records. Funded by leading venture capitalists, the Enhanced Games operate independently of taxpayer money, ensuring financial sustainability and innovation. This is the future of sport - where science, athleticism, and progress inspire superhuman achievement.
ABOUT YOU
You are analytically sharp and comfortable structuring large volumes of performance information into clear, usable systems. You understand elite sport performance data and how it translates into competitive clarity and compelling storytelling. You are confident working with coaches, assistant coaches, medical teams, and production staff. You are highly organized, detail driven, and comfortable operating in spreadsheets and structured documents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Record and maintain athlete performance data across all disciplines Aggregate and organize competition rules, scoring systems, timing data, biomechanical indicators, performance metrics, and medical profiling inputs Liaise with coaches and technical directors to understand discipline specific rules and identify meaningful performance indicators Work with coaches and assistant coaches to translate analogue and general performance data into structured formats Identify performance indicators that elevate storytelling across live events, documentaries, shoulder programming, and social content Work with graphics, production, and Enhanced Creative teams to determine optimal visualization and narrative application of performance data Collaborate with medical teams to define compliant, scalable, and useful data workflows Integrate multiple datasets including performance, environmental, training, biometric, and medical data Establish governance standards for accuracy, validation, documentation, and long term ownership Deliver a documented data blueprint and handover plan to support future Games cycles and media programming
YOU BRING
Experience working with structured performance data systems Background in elite sport analytics, performance environments, or data driven production environments Strong spreadsheet and data organization skills Strong understanding of broadcast and creative translation of performance data to optimize viewer understanding and engagement Experience working cross functionally with technical, medical, creative, and content teams Ability to operate in a fast moving startup environment
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America (no sponsorship required). Must be willing to work from Enhanced's New York City Headquarters. Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including international travel aligned with training camps and live event execution.
