ASAP About the Role We are seeking an HR Data Specialist to support a large public university in Cleveland. This role sits within a busy HR department that supports a diverse employee population across academic and administrative functions. This is a great fit for someone with strong administrative or data entry experience who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and is interested in gaining exposure to HR operations. Key Responsibilities Enter and update employee information in the HR system with a high degree of accuracy Review and process employee data, including personal, job, and payroll-related information Perform routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain employee files and assist with general administrative tasks Support I-9 tracking and documentation processes Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer-focused support Assist with reports and other HR-related tasks as needed Qualifications 3+ years of strong data entry experience (HR experience a plus) Experience with Peoplesoft a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above qualifications, apply today for immediate consideration!
