This role serves as a critical liaison between field teams and management, transforming raw operational inputs into structured outputs that support informed decision-making, performance tracking, and operational execution. The WMS plays a key role in driving data integrity, improving reporting processes, and enabling operational leaders to optimize productivity, cost control, and resource allocation. Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end DFR (Daily Field Revenue) capture process across all applicable work types Ensure daily field reporting is submitted accurately, completely, and on time Establish and maintain standardized processes for DFR collection, validation, and reporting Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in field reporting and drive corrective actions Act as the primary interface between field personnel and operational leadership Support field teams with training, guidance, and troubleshooting related to DFR requirements Translate field activities into structured data aligned with operational and financial reporting needs Reinforce accountability and consistency in field reporting behaviors Convert raw DFR data into meaningful insights for leadership Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI Track KPIs including revenue vs. labor, crew productivity, and daily burn rate Provide reporting and analysis to support decision-making Continuously improve DFR workflows and tools Identify opportunities to streamline data collection Implement best practices for data governance and consistency Ensure accuracy and reliability of reported data Perform audits and validations of submissions Maintain documentation of processes and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years in operations support, work management, or reporting roles Utility or construction experience preferred Advanced Excel proficiency Working knowledge of Power BI Strong data analysis and reporting capability Analytical mindset High attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to influence across teams Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
