• 23 per hour DOE Overview LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join a fast-paced and collaborative team in Tigard.

This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting high-volume wire transactions, with a strong focus on researching and auditing potential wire fraud activity-ranging from standard transactions to those exceeding $1M. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys investigative work, and is comfortable navigating multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Research, review, and audit high-volume wire transactions for accuracy and risk exposure Investigate potential wire fraud activity, including large-dollar transactions Document findings thoroughly and maintain detailed records of all research Analyze discrepancies and escalate concerns as needed Work across multiple internal and banking systems to gather and verify information Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed to resolve issues Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work Qualifications Previous administrative, data entry, banking, or auditing experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
