Catalog Specialist Ridgeline Insights (ridgelineinsights.com) is a brand-focused Amazon Agency located in Boise, Idaho. We are committed to creating customized Amazon strategies for our brand partners that align with their omni-channel goals. Our team is highly focused on serving our customers, properly representing their brand identity on the platform, and then leveraging Amazon tools to drive sustainable long-term success on the platform. We are seeking a full-time Catalog Specialist to join our Boise-based team. This individual will be part of a team and will manage and optimize Amazon product listings across multiple brands and maintain accurate data on various platforms essential for team collaboration and operational efficiency. This role will also work hand in hand with our amazing Marketing, Buying and Supply Chain teams to drive our clients' brand strategy, consumer experience, and achievement of sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Amazon Catalog Management
  • Working with tools like NetSuite, Excel and Google Sheets-based templates and project management software to streamline data and ensure optimal product listings. These listings include titles, descriptions, images, and key words. o Cross Platform Data Maintenance
  • Update and verify product data in NetSuite for purchasing and reporting needs, with occasional maintenance on client-facing reporting software. o Task Tracking in Project Updates
  • Use project management tools to review assigned tasks, update progress, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • o Issue Troubleshooting
  • Resolve common catalog issues independently, such as orphaned ASINs, PDP (Product Detail Page) data discrepancies, stranded inventory and incorrect variation themes; collaborate on complex issues like trademark violations and account health notifications. o New Product Set Ups
  • Collect, structure, and upload data for both Amazon and NewSuite, particularly during seasonal updates. o Ongoing Data Audits
  • Perform regular audits of brand data to maintain accuracy, particularly during seasonal uploads and monthly brand specific reviews.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Skilled in problem solving with the ability to work independently and the judgment to escalate issues as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Understanding and familiarity with SEO best practices
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in Amazon Catalog management desired
  • Intermediate to proficient experience with Microsoft Excel required
  • Prior experience with an ERP system desired
  • 1-2 yrs.
of business analytical experience desired
