ASAP Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and reliable individual to join our team in a combined Customer Service/Data Entry/Processing role. This temporary position supports our dental provider network, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in every interaction. After an initial week of on-site training in Lincoln, NE, you will work remotely within Nebraska.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary contact for dental providers regarding participation status, credentialing, and contract questions via phone and email. Process provider applications, credentialing requests, and update provider records as needed. Respond to provider and member inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness using phone, email, and voicemail. Handle queue-based tasks including provider adds, terminations, fee schedule updates, and contract maintenance. Review and submit audits, ensuring all documentation meets compliance and credentialing standards. Support specific provider groups, managing all related communications and requests. Collaborate with internal teams and network leasing partners to ensure data accuracy and correct contract processing. Investigate and help resolve provider and member complaints, working with the Compliance team as needed. Attend team meetings and stay current on processes, policies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, data entry, provider support, or processing roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with technology and remote work tools. Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
