Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced SAP knowledge required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively across functions and maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability. Commitment to data quality, documentation integrity, and process compliance. Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in master data management, documentation control, SAP administration, engineering support, manufacturing support, or a related function. Experience in a manufacturing or new product introduction environment preferred. HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.Competitive base salary:
$75,000- $90,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location).
