Full Job Description What We Offer:
The Talent Acquisition Data Specialist supports recruiting operations by managing, analyzing, and reporting talent acquisition data to improve hiring strategies and workforce planning. Maintains applicant tracking systems, ensures data accuracy, develops dashboards and reports, and provides actionable recommendations based on hiring trends and metrics. Partners with recruiting teams to optimize processes, support data-driven decision-making, and lead or coordinate talent acquisition projects to improve operational efficiency and hiring outcomes. Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, reporting tools, and project management is essential. This is a Remote Position
  • Candidates must be located in NC, SC, GA, or VA Preferred experience with iCIMS reporting
What We're Looking For:
Education :
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience :
3 Years, required
  • Project management experience with an emphasis on budget management, board preparation, and merger and acquisitions. 3 Years, required
  • Budget Management, communications, and/or human resources experience required; experience may include coordinating large-scale, enterprise-wide projects. 3 Years, preferred
  • Artificial Intelligence, IT experience.
Licensure/Certification:
PMP Project Management Certification, preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements (required):
Communication:

Customer Service:
Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.

Digital Fluency:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
What You'll Do:
Manage and update databases and data systems. Clean and validate data to remove errors or duplicates. Analyze data to identify trends and support business decisions. Generate reports, visualize data insights, and present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Support data migration and integration tasks. Collaborate with teams to understand data needs. Coordinate and manage projects, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
