Job Description
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining records in our company database. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to handle large volumes of data while meeting strict deadlines.

Data Input:
Accurately enter information from various source documents (handwritten, digital, or physical files) into the computer system or database.Database Maintenance:
Regularly update existing data, correct errors, and perform routine backups to ensure data integrity.Verification & Auditing:
Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors; reconcile any discrepancies between source documents and the database.Record Management:
Scan, file, and organize physical documents after data has been digitized.Information Retrieval:
Generate reports and pull specific data sets as requested by management or other departments.Confidentiality:
Maintain strict compliance with company privacy policies and protect the security of sensitive information.Technical Skills & Qualifications:
Typing Speed:
Minimum of 45-50 WPM (Words Per Minute) with a high accuracy rate.Software Proficiency:
strong experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs/filtering) and basic database software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, or SAP). Attention toDetail:
Exceptional ability to spot typos, numerical errors, and formatting inconsistencies.Organization:
