Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team in managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets. Our focus is on accurate inventory tracking, compliance, and process improvement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT hardware assets, including intake, tracking, redeployment, and disposal processes. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and analyze asset data to ensure record accuracy. Generate reports for audits and compliance, while maintaining and improving inventory procedures and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and stakeholders to support asset-related objectives and resolve discrepancies.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. 2+ years of experience in asset management, procurement, workstation support, or similar IT-related work. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis; Power Query proficiency preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities, with capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
