The Data Specialist requires high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Collects data and inputs information into F&O Reviews records for accuracy Updates databases with new or revised information as necessary Performs regular backups of information to ensure data preservation Retrieves records and electronic files Sorts and organizes paper records or notes after data entry Prepares digital materials or files for printing Provides team members with requested data, information, or assistance in locating specific parts Qualifications Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently Travel Limited travel may be required. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Some data entry experience preferred Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
