Working closely with direct service staff and leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting high-quality, trauma-informed data practices that help evaluate program impact, meet grant reporting requirements, and improve services for survivors.

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Data Quality Specialist ensures the accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, and security of programmatic data collected through the Family Violence, Sexual Assault, Rapid Re-Housing, and Education Programs. Working closely with direct service staff and leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting high-quality, trauma-informed data practices that help evaluate program impact, meet grant reporting requirements, and improve services for survivors. Days, may include, evenings, and weekends when needed.
