Job Description:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a role focused on product data management and ecommerce item setup and maintenance. This position leverages AI tools to streamline internal PIM data management and external retailer onboarding, ensuring our products are accurately represented and efficiently launched across all channels. Key Responsibilities Manage internal item setup and maintenance within the PIM system, using AI tools to automate data enrichment, flag inconsistencies, and accelerate content population Use AI-assisted writing tools to generate and optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes at scale while maintaining brand voice and accuracy Own the end-to-end external item setup process, leveraging AI to map and translate internal data to retailer-specific requirements across all vendor portals Monitor portal submissions, rejections, and change requests - using AI-driven workflows to prioritize follow-ups and reduce manual tracking Identify patterns in retailer rejections and portal errors using AI analytics to proactively reduce submission failures Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve data quality, setup speed, and portal compliance Maintain and improve AI prompt libraries, automation templates, and workflow documentation for item setup processes Qualifications Experience with PIM systems or product data management tools Familiarity with retailer vendor portals (e.g., Wayfair, Overstock, Walmart, Target, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, or similar) Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar for content generation, data tasks, and workflow automation Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate content for accuracy A drive to hit deadlines and adapt quickly to new tools Ability to multitask Microsoft Office Proficiency Nice to Have Exposure to consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows Familiarity with data automation or integration platforms Additional Information Full-time in office role in Arlington, TX 76011 Medical Benefits Available Paid Holidays & Vacation
