We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Data Specialists to join our team and support our day-to-day operations, while playing a key role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing out data resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Office and Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Managing incoming electronic faxes and distribution to appropriate clinical and non-clinical staff.
Data Management:
Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and implement data management strategies to streamline data processing and storage. Regularly clean and update databases to remove errors, duplicates, and outdated information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Create and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to management. Conduct routine data quality checks and audits to ensure the reliability of data. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies. Implement best practices for data governance and data stewardship. Assist in the integration of new data sources into existing systems. Develop automated processes for data extraction and transformation. Work with IT and software development teams to improve data infrastructure and optimize data workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in data management tools and software, such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Preferred experience with Epic EMR system. Proven experience as a Data Specialist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Valid drivers license and car insurance. Required to run office errands weekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate dependent upon experience Full-time (40 hours/ week) Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (No evenings or weekends) Health, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 401(k) plan with Match. Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Mileage reimbursement
