Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data, maintaining organized inventory records, and supporting overall administrative operations. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure seamless data flow and inventory accuracy, helping our business operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Enter and update data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with precision and speed Manage inventory records, including tracking stock levels, recording movements, and updating item details Perform regular data collection tasks to ensure information accuracy across all platforms Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents related to inventory and administrative records Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends for inventory management Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and stock replenishments Support clerical tasks such as filing, data transcription, and basic math calculations to verify quantities and costs Qualifications Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in office environments Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases or ERP systems Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with attention to detail in data transcription and entry tasks Basic math skills for verifying quantities, costs, and calculations related to inventory records Experience with filing systems, data collection methods, and maintaining organized records Knowledge of order entry processes and inventory management practices is preferred Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting must know basic excel and must be good with typing Join us as a vital part of our team where your meticulous work directly impacts our operational success!
