Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, etc. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities — capable of translating data into meaningful business narratives. Experience with Tableau Familiarity with AI tools and technologies Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Position Summary:
The Data Analyst serves as the data control, analytics, and decision-support function for Compliance and operational leadership. This role is responsible for managing critical data systems, ensuring financial and operational integrity, and transforming data into actionable intelligence that drives risk mitigation and business performance. The position plays a key role in identifying trends, validating financial accuracy, supporting audits, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions. Rather than solely producing reports, the Data Analyst actively interprets data, uncovers risk indicators, and develops scalable solutions that improve oversight, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Tableau, along with familiarity with AI tools. They can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, integrate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources Clean, validate, and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support compliance and operational initiatives Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations Present results to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making
