PLANNING DATA SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 Monday

ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSAccurately enter and update planning, scheduling, and item data in NetSuiteReview and verify data to ensure accuracy and completenessAssist in reducing the backlog of planning and system entriesMaintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries and updatesCollaborate with the Planning team to ensure data aligns with production needsIdentify, investigate, and report discrepancies or missing informationProvide general administrative support to the Planning team as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous data entry or administrative experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)Experience with ERP systems preferred; NetSuite is a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applicationsStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focusExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
