Our comprehensive approach to service includes street outreach, emergency shelter provision, and a wide range of supportive services such as case management, housing assistance, and job readiness programs. The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a non-profit environment and contribute to meaningful work that directly impacts our community. In this role, you will be trained on the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) , a database used by service providers across the country. You'll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client data, which is essential for reporting, funding, and program improvement. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging your technical skills to improve our data processes and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry into the HMIS database. Maintain and update client records using Google Workspace tools to ensure data quality and compliance. Assist in running reports and performing basic data analysis to identify program trends and client needs. Collaborate with program staff to resolve data discrepancies. Utilize Javascript and Google Apps Script to automate routine tasks, create custom functions within Google Sheets, and build efficient data workflows. Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed. Qualifications A strong passion for helping others and an interest in social services. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrated knowledge of Javascript and Google Apps Script is a significant advantage. Pay:
$34.00 - $39.00 per hour
