Job Description

End User Data Specialist Georgia Pacific life insurance, parental leave United States, Wisconsin, Green Bay Apr 20, 2026 Your Job Georgia-Pacific is currently seeking an End User Data Specialist in Green Bay, WI.This will be a hybrid position - Tuesday's in the office and other days remote. (Can fluctuate depending on what is going on) Drive data quality and process improvement by reviewing and approving End Users for participation in deviated price agreements and ensuring accurate setup across SAP/Vistex and related systems. Own End User master data governance to streamline claims processing, improve rebate accuracy and timeliness, and strengthen reporting and analytics for better business decisions. Responsibilities Research and maintain End User master information in SAP/Vistex and other systems
Maintain End User and buying group membership lists and tiers through Pricing Agreements in SAP/Vistex and other systems
Develop and maintain appropriate technologies to support End User maintenance and relationships across all data sources
Communicate with internal and external customers to maintain active membership rosters, tiered pricing assignments, and validation of End User participation on promotions and pricing agreements
Collaborate with Order Processing Department and Customer Rebate Services to resolve invoice prices, pricing agreements, end user, and rebate discrepancies
Evaluates current processes for possible system and process improvements Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Associate degree in a business-related field or two years or more experience in a business-to-business environment
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Outlook
The ability to meet deadlines, and to adhere to policies and procedures
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree
SAP experience
2+ years of experience in data management
