Job Description

Position Title PeopleSoft Administrator Position Summary We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the PeopleSoft environment for a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering PeopleSoft applications, managing upgrades and patches, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business-critical HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Financial modules. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain PeopleSoft environments, including Development, Test, QA, and Production. Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft applications, PeopleTools, and related technologies. Perform system upgrades, patches, maintenance packs, and application updates. Manage PeopleSoft security, user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access controls. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning improvements. Support Integration Broker, Process Scheduler, Application Engine, SQR, COBOL, and web server administration. Coordinate environment refreshes, migrations, and deployment activities using Change Assistant and Lifecycle Management tools. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to resolve application and technical issues. Maintain backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Monitor interfaces and integrations with third-party applications and external vendors. Create and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and support guides. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, healthcare regulations, and audit requirements. Participate in on-call support and production issue resolution as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience. Strong experience with PeopleTools administration and environment management. Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or Supply Chain modules. Knowledge of Oracle Database administration concepts. Experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Change Assistant. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare industry environments. Experience with PeopleSoft Image updates and PUM implementations. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Azure, or AWS environments. Familiarity with security audits, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations. Experience with automation and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
