Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Database Administrator III to join their team. As a Database Administrator III, you will be part of the IT Department supporting database management and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $65.13
  • What's the Job?
  • + Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex database solutions, often leveraging new technologies.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for SQL Server Administration within the team. + Manage multiple moderately complex projects and lead activities related to special initiatives or operations. + Troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and promote operational excellence in database environments. + Ensure AlwaysOn performance tuning for large, high-tier environments, maintaining optimal database performance and reliability.
  • What's Needed?
  • + 10+ years of experience with SQL Server Administration, including complex database design and management.
+ Prior experience working in banking or financial services, particularly on the App DBA side. + Proficiency with Linux administration and scripting languages such as Shell and Python. + Experience automating operational tasks, monitoring, and maintenance activities related to TigerGraph environments. + Strong sense of problem ownership, client accountability, and proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
