What you will doOperate and maintain critical facility systems (power, cooling, generators, UPS, etc.)Monitor systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and escalate when neededPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipmentSupport racking, stacking, cabling, and white space activitiesFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs, EOPs, MOPs)Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issuesHelp ensure 100% uptime and reliability of the data centerWhat we are looking forHands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or similar fieldsAbility to troubleshoot equipment and systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyGood communication skills and team mindsetWillingness to work shifts (including nights/weekends)Nice to haveData center experienceExperience with generators, UPS, switchgear, or BMS systemsMilitary or technical trade backgroundRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED1+ year of hands-on technical experience (training provided)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs. Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipmentAbility to stand for long periods of time in various work environmentsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasksBasic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quicklyAbility to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectorsClear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glassesAbility to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cablesAbility to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facilityAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snowCapability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protectionPossession of a valid drivers license for work-related travel, as requiredCompensation & Benefits DisclosureThe hourly rate for this role is $24.00 per hour. This range reflects a goodfaith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. This posted hourly rate is the final rate of pay for the position, based on jobrelated factors consistent with applicable law.

About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Multi Skilled Operator (MSO) to support the operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure.
