Requirement/Must Have:

2+ years of experience in data center operations or related field. Proficient in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems. Strong coordination skills for managing complex tasks autonomously. Experience following documented processes to provide hardware and logistic troubleshooting. Familiarity with data center tools, office productivity software, and ticket management systems. Demonstrated ability to learn and grow through on-the-job training. Integrity and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Monitor data center operations and check for emergent alerts through monitoring platforms. Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring proper power and asset management. Perform troubleshooting and in-depth repairs of hardware and hypervisor issues, following documented processes. Facilitate communication and collaboration with the datacenter capacity team and R D personnel. Work within the Phoenix site through cabling, monitoring, and team building activities. Assist as part of a team of on-site contacts for Networking, Automation, and Capacity team.
