  • 12 months Hybrid Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and leadership for Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications and supporting infrastructure.
Implement system integrations, enhancements, new features, and Oracle patches to maintain application stability, security, and performance. Analyze existing PeopleSoft FSCM environments and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners during application upgrades and enhancement projects. Support deployment activities, troubleshooting, testing, data cleanup, and post-migration stabilization. Review and validate development fixes and production implementations. Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure business and system requirements are met. Provide ongoing knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and training to support teams. Prepare weekly status reports and ensure adherence to established IT policies, standards, and procedures. Required Skills Extensive experience supporting and enhancing Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM applications. Strong expertise in PeopleSoft upgrades, integrations, patches, and production support. Experience with application analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cross-functional teams. Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and documentation skills. Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and knowledge transfer capabilities. Preferred Experience PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade and migration projects. ERP application support in large enterprise environments. Post-implementation support and production stabilization.
