Job Description :
The Role Act as the bridge between customers' commercial, R D, and operations teams and the technical delivery team. Elicit, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting the integration. Key Responsibilities Conduct workshops and interviews with Customer stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and B2B Commerce Analyze gaps between Customer legacy processes and Salesforce ecosystem Serve as liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and development teams Support UAT planning, test case creation, and user training
Required Qualifications Experience:
5+ years as a Salesforce BA in Life Sciences /
HLS Salesforce Knowledge:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ fundamentals and B2
B Commerce Domain:
Understanding of reagent/antibody commercial workflows or diagnostic products
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication; ability to translate scientific/commercial needs into technical requirements
