Position Overview This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Work arrangement is hybrid; specific on-site requirements will vary based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Governance & Strategy:
Act as the primary architect for a complex Salesforce org, overseeing long-term technical health, data integrity, and release management
AI Implementation:
Design and deploy AI-driven solutions (Agentforce, Einstein) to enhance decision-making and automate repetitive tasks for end-users.
Service Excellence:
Lead the configuration and optimization of Service Cloud, focusing on case management, omni-channel support, and Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary "translator" between non-technical government stakeholders and the technical development team to ensure user-centric solutioning.
Security Compliance:
Ensure all platform configurations and third-party integrations adhere to rigorous security standards consistent with Top Secret clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
Experience:
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration.
Security:
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).
Core Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Specialized Certification:
Salesforce AI Associate (or equivalent demonstration of AI/GPT platform integration).
Location:
Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity in San Diego, CA.
Technical Proficiencies:
Advanced Automation:
Expert-level proficiency in Flow Builder and legacy process migration.
Data Architecture:
Deep understanding of complex data models, object relationships, and large-scale data migrations.
Service Tools:
Expertise in Entitlements, Milestones, Service Console, and Field Service (if applicable). Compensation $155,000 - $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Work Environment Typical professional office environment. Requires sustained focus, extended periods at a computer workstation, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
