We're hiring multiple Data Center Security Installation Technician to help us deliver high-quality installation, service, and customer support for electronic and physical security systems. If you have hands-on experience with access control systems, alarm, camera, wiring, and equipment installation, we want to hear from you!
Location:
San Jose, CA Pay:
$25 - $35+ hour
DOE Key Responsibilities:
Install electronic and physical security products, including access control systems (Lenel, AMAG a plus) Pull and install wire according to job specifications and safety standards Conduct site surveys and assist with project planning Perform system startup, commissioning, and customer training Test all installed or serviced equipment to ensure proper function and compliance with requirements Maintain detailed records including timesheets, reports, inventory, and documentation Keep assigned vehicle and tools in clean, working order and maintain stock inventory Train and support less experienced team members and trainees Communicate clearly with both customers and management about project progress and service updates Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required 3-5 years of relevant experience in electronic security systems, OR equivalent military experience Experience with access control systems (Lenel, AMAG preferred) Strong troubleshooting, technical, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Lenel or AMAG certification (preferred but not required) Benefits Cook Solutions Group (CSG) provides our employees with the most comprehensive benefits program to enhance their quality of life.
