This role is responsible for real-time monitoring, alarm management, incident coordination, operational quality supervision, and support of intelligent operations platform development. The ideal candidate has experience in data center facilities operations, strong situational awareness, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with high-frequency alarms and mission-critical operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Global Facility Monitoring & Incident Response Provide 24/7 rotating monitoring coverage for global data center facilities operations through centralized monitoring platforms. Monitor facility alarms, operational events, and system notifications, ensuring timely response, escalation, and coordination of incident handling activities. Organize and coordinate emergency response activities related to IDC facility incidents to minimize operational impact and risks. Escalate critical incidents and provide timely reporting and updates to management teams and relevant stakeholders. Support major event operations, network freeze periods, and critical maintenance coordination activities. Monitoring Systems & Platform Optimization Support the optimization and continuous improvement of FOC alarm systems, automated monitoring tools, and operations management platforms. Assist with intelligent operations platform development initiatives to improve operational visibility, automation, and response efficiency. Help improve alarm management logic, monitoring coverage, and operational workflows. Operations Quality Supervision Perform routine quality inspections of operational activities including incidents, changes, maintenance work, and facility operations processes. Identify operational risks, quality gaps, and recurring issues, and track implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Regularly review and analyze core operational data and KPI metrics to identify common risks and improvement opportunities. Support local operations teams in continuously improving operational quality and compliance standards. Operational Coordination & Process Management Participate in full incident lifecycle management, including event tracking, escalation, communication, resolution coordination, and post-incident follow-up. Monitor and identify abnormal changes or operational risks during maintenance and change execution activities. Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and site operations personnel. Assist facility monitoring supervisors with temporary operational tasks, reporting activities, and special projects as required. Qualifications Required Technical background in data center facilities operations, IDC environments, or critical infrastructure operations. Understanding of electrical systems, HVAC operating logic, low-voltage systems, and facility monitoring principles. Ability to quickly identify alarm risks, abnormal conditions, and operational issues through monitoring platforms. Familiarity with incident management, change management, maintenance coordination, alarm handling, and emergency response processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational risks from monitoring and platform data. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities. Professional working proficiency in English. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and in high-frequency alarm environments. Preferred Experience in data center FOC/NOC operations or mission-critical facility monitoring environments. Experience with DCIM, BMS, EMS, or automated monitoring platforms. Chinese language capability or bilingual reporting/communication skills are considered a plus. Experience supporting global operations or multi-site data center environments.
