Job Description

Job Description
  •  Track and manage data storage devices and SSDs using Jira, ensuring inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
  •  Assign data storage devices and SSDs to vehicles to support autonomous testing.
  •  Fulfill daily shipment requests to remote testing locations in a timely and organized manner.
  •  Upload test data upon completion of testing to ensure data is readily available for development teams.
  •  Monitor and track data upload status, providing timely updates and visibility to developers and stakeholders as needed.
  •  Perform readiness checks on all storage devices after data uploads are complete to confirm devices are prepared for recirculation.
  •  File tickets for storage devices that are not functioning properly and track issues all the way through resolution to ensure full lifecycle accountability.
  •  Monitor and respond to daily, time-sensitive email requests from our partner to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  •  Debug storage hardware devices.

  • Hands‑on experience with hardware, inventory tracking, or operational support preferred
  • Previously worked with ZAMs and SSD
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with a high degree of accountability
  • Flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability
