Difference:

Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and cabling Use command-line tools on Linux and client-specific systems for diagnostics and management Provide first-level triage and support debugging IT hardware issues Manage server repair queue, execute hardware repairs, and supervise custom builds/reworks Coordinate with partner teams and support vendor visits on-site What You Will Need to

Succeed:

2+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration Knowledge of PC and server hardware Proficient with Linux command line and common UNIX tools Strong communication skills and ability to switch between technical and interpersonal tasks Physically capable of lifting/moving 50+ pounds; self-motivated with a detail-oriented mindset
