As a Physical Layer / Data Center Technician (Electronics), you will be an integral part of the R D lab support team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical hardware and infrastructure.

Santa Clara, CA Pay range: $33 - $35 per hour What's the Job? Perform physical operations within data center environments, including hardware setup, racking, and stacking servers. Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving of hardware components, ensuring accurate logging and tracking. Support lab cleanliness and organization to meet ISO standards. Assist with cabling, physical setup, and relocation of lab equipment across different sites. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot hardware issues and support daily lab operations. What's Needed? 2-3+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware support roles. Hands-on experience with racking, stacking servers, and managing structured cabling. Strong knowledge of hardware components, networking protocols, and physical infrastructure management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high standards of safety and organization. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, accountable work ethic.
