Required Qualifications 12+ years of Salesforce experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain , especially: Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing Expertise in at least two: Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud Strong knowledge of: Warranty lifecycle management Dealer portals and B2B commerce Field service operations Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
