W2 Contract Job Description We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer to support a state client project in Walnut Creek, CA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PL/SQL development, PostgreSQL databases, and writing complex stored procedures for enterprise applications. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in PL/SQL Development Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL Experience developing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages Good understanding of SQL query tuning and performance optimization Experience working with relational databases and data migration Ability to analyze business requirements and develop database solutions Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance PL/SQL and PostgreSQL database solutions Create and optimize stored procedures, functions, and SQL queries Support database performance tuning and troubleshooting activities Work closely with application and business teams to implement requirements Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities Ensure database coding standards and best practices are followed Preferred Experience working with state/government clients Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
