Pay:
$20 to $40 per hour Headend Comcast experience is a huge plus. We are hiring Integration Technicians at all levels, with an immediate focus on Level 1 to Level 2 technicians to support high-volume deployments across multiple sites. This role will focus on installing, routing, and labeling thousands of fiber jumpers, supporting large-scale data center and ISP builds. This is not just another job. Technician Overview TACI is hiring skilled Integration Technicians with experience in ISP, Central Office, Headend, and Data Center environments to support regional and national deployments. This role goes beyond basic rack and stack work. We are looking for technicians who understand structured cabling, fiber integration, and network environments, and who take pride in clean, standards-driven installations. This position offers a clear growth path from entry level technician to senior field leadership. Core Responsibilities Perform rack and stack installations of cabinets, servers, and network equipment Install, route, dress, and label fiber and copper cabling Support structured cabling systems including ladder rack, fiber duct, and grounding Read and interpret project drawings, schematics, and build plans Participate in network integrations, migrations, and cutovers Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness on all job sites Work independently or alongside team leads depending on experience level Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of installations Skill Levels and Career PathLevel 1 Technician Entry level or returning to the industry Works under supervision Assists with installations and basic cabling Learns tools, safety practices, and foundational skills Level 2 Technician 1.5+ years of experience or equivalent proficiency Performs rack installation, cable routing, and dressing Installs fiber and copper cabling Supports testing and basic DC power work Level 3 Lead Technician 2+ years of experience Leads small teams and assigns work Performs advanced installations and troubleshooting Supports migrations, documentation, and project execution Interfaces with customers and internal teams Level 4 Senior Technician / Field Lead 3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency Leads complex deployments and migrations Performs power work, system turn-up, and testing Supports engineering standards and project planning Mentors junior technicians and drives quality control Required Qualifications Experience in data centers, central offices, headends, or ISP environments Hands-on experience with rack and stack or structured cabling Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights when required Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications Fiber optic experience or certification Experience with DC power systems OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience working in live network environments Familiarity with industry standards such as GR-1275 Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20 to $40 per hour based on experience Travel per diem and lodging support Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k and additional benefits Clear advancement path into leadership roles Work Environment Data centers, central offices, and headend facilities Fast-paced, team-oriented projects Regional work based in Albuquerque with travel opportunities Apply Today Join TACI and be part of building critical infrastructure that powers communities, businesses, and the future of connectivity.
