Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Functional Administrator to configure and support scalable, high-performance solutions across the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and enterprise integrations via MuleSoft. This individual will partner closely with architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, efficient, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and strengthen customer relationships. As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, this role will play a critical part in a enterprise digital transformation, driving best practices in configuration, development, and deployment while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. This person will be configuring Salesforce as well as building and updating solutions with tools like Omnistudio to ensure processes are efficient and user friendly. They will be involved in design discussions, planning sessions, reviewing configurations and supporting deployments through Azure Devops. They will help troubleshoot issues, resolve system or data inconsistencies, and support integrations with other enterprise systems. - Strong hands on experience with Salesforce and configuration tools (OmniStudio and Flows)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP and other data migration tools
- Understanding of Azure Devops deployment processes and release pipelines
- Banking or financial services experience
- Salesforce Certifications
